Our group of 2, 60+ couples enjoyed having a lovely, picturesque base to stay as we toured the RI area. The manager lives right next door, and the owner checks her messages minute by minute. The home is easy to get to, easy to access, safe and clean with lovely touches throughout. All made the stay a great experience. We highly reccomend the casual walk to Susetcove restaurant nearby for breakfast. We toured two of the mansions, took a sail trip with SIghtsailing Newport, dinner out at the Boathouse, Gulf shores and lunches at Cru cafe. Cliff walk provided exercise and the weather was perfect. We would return to this great place and the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host is very responsive and kind. It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches. It felt like staying in a friend’s home. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely fantastic rental! You can tell Stacey and Mario have put a lot of time and love into the property. The place was well maintained and had so many little extras. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again, if we are ever back in the area.

This was the perfect house for two couples or a family! The two king suites were so equally nice. Stacy and Ron are a great team and having Ron Next door was terrific! The house was clean and well stocks including lots of yummy fun snacks!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. We really liked the location and easy access to Flo’s and Schultzy’s. Stacy was a great host and we greatly appreciated her attention to detail and all of the amenities. Everything was very well stocked and extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again. We travel often, and I just wanted to say your home was hands down the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! You truly thought of everything. It was spotless, fully stocked, and had the coziest, most welcoming energy. As a mom constantly on the go with my kiddos, walking into your home and feeling like I could actually breathe (without needing to run out for last-minute essentials!) was such a gift. This was the final stop on our 10-day road trip up the East Coast, and staying at the Morgan House made the perfect ending to our adventure. It was truly special.
